Tomorrow will be the long term test, phase five. I have learned to not add anything already cold to the zeer as it will halt the thermodynamic action. Also- adding water must be done gradually so you dampen all the sand but not overfill, it takes more water than you think but not too much. Put the water in until it seems well saturated, but not supersaturated.
