My dad picked this up for 0. With the exception of the cabover (bottom needs to be rebuilt), and the propane tanks (not OBD), there is absolutely NOTHING wrong with this camper. Everything works. The guy who sold it to us was the 2nd owner and has all the paperwork. It was only used once by the original owner, and 3 times by him, and the condition absolutely backs it up. Cabinets and doors show no rub marks, floor is in excellent shape, cushions aren't torn, fridge works great and is absolutely stain and smell free. No smells at all in the camper, even the bathroom. He even included all the mounting hardware, except the front frame mount (was still on his truck). It sits high on the truck right now because there's a gooneneck ball in the bed, it'll be coming out soon. 2 4X4's fixed the problem to get it home. Truck handles it great, in fact I could barely even tell it was there. No sway at all.
